Helping the Farmers of tomorrow

As part of the ‘Cargill Cares’ project National Flexible answered the call for help and have assisted with a community project working together with Thirsk High School and Farm Education Masham North Yorkshire.

Cargill Cares have invested £24,000.00  to support 8 students from Thirsk High School aged 14-16 to complete a City & Guilds diploma in Agriculture and Land Management.   The students who qualify for this will be carefully selected but are identified as those who wouldn’t normally thrive in a traditional academic setting.   This is a 2 year course and is a fantastic opportunity to support, develop and grow future talent within the farming industry.
