Rayaan was nominated, by 4 individual colleagues, for the hard work and effort he recently put into an extremely challenging project.
This was a job that required a lot of patience, perseverance, and strategic management, to help ensure all orders were fulfilled and delivered on time, in full.
Rayaan has only been with Nat Flex for a few months but he dealt with everything like he's worked here years!

The winner of our January & February Employee Award was Josh!
Josh was nominated for stepping up massively in absence of his colleague who was taken ill, and for taking on much more responsibility and maintenance throughout the business.
He has done a great job, whilst also having 2 extremely busy months.
