Employee Awards 2026

July & August

Congratulations Nath!

A fantastic start for Nath, who has already made a huge impression in his first few weeks with us.

Even though he only joined us on 3rd August, his enthusiasm, fresh ideas, commitment to continuous improvement, and willingness to get involved have been recognised across the business.

Nath received four separate nominations. From supporting audits and inspections to taking ownership of key meetings, Nath has settled in brilliantly and is clearly already making a positive impact.

Welcome to the team, Nath - keep smashing it! 👊
