Huge congratulations Dale!!!
Dale is our happy cheeky chappy, who always brings the laughter to the office.
Always willing to help, Dale goes out of his way to make sure his customers get what they want when they want it, and is not afraid of doing what it takes to get the job done.
His witty sense of humour makes us smile every day and his team spirit never goes unnoticed.
Dale was nominated for providing extra support whilst two of his team were out of the office in October. Due to unforseen circumstances, there was no time for handovers and even though he had lots of visits arranged himself, he surpassed himself with the volume and quality of his ‘buddying’.
Dale was also nominated for being our first Customer Champion to present The Academy and the feedback we received spoke for itself - great job Dale!

July & August
Congratulations Joe!
Joe has been with Nat Flex for over 4 years, starting in the Warehouse, before moving to work with the Production team. He has been nominated for the employee award on a few occassions now so it was great to see him receive the trophy.
Nominated for going above and beyond, Joe has also stayed late and and helped us out with some urgent work. He's also covered colleagues work whilst they were on annual leave and has been such a great help, this year especially!

May & June
Congratulations Joe!!!
Following completing his Level 3 in Graphic Design at college, Joe joined us to gain a couple of weeks work experience, and that two weeks has turned into two years!
Working as our Business Trainee, Joe started in our warehouse, before going on to support the QA team. From there he went on to work in a technical position and is now working as a Technical Assistant to our Head of Technical Engineering where he is excelling in his role.
After recently pushing his boundries (and comfort zone) to present to a room of over 40 people, Joe showed little signs of nerves, presenting articulately and knowledgably, and obviously knew his subject. A testament to his hard work!
A massive well done to you Joe! Keep up the good work : )

Congratulations Sophie!!!
After receiving FOUR nominations, Sophie was the well deserved winner of our March & April Employee Award.
Sophie has worked tirelessly completing tasks not just for her own role, but has also covered the work of her colleague who has been on leave for over six weeks. No matter how much work this has taken, Sophie made sure all orders left on time, whilst providing excellent customer service and support.
It's not the first time Sophie has won our Employee Award which just goes to show what an asset she is to the Nat Flex family.

January & February
Congratulations Mel!!!
Even though Mel only recently joined us, she has fit in seamlessly, throwing herself into the role and getting stuck in from day one.
She is very fired up and has made a dramatic difference in such a short space of time through hard graft and resilience.
A HUGE Post Malone fan, Mel is a social butterfly who likes food and travel, and loves nothing more than spending time with her beautiful grandchildren, Polly and Matilda.
Always bringing a smile to the office, Mel's presence is felt throughout the business and her positive, can-do attitude has been a welcome addition to the team.
Your efforts are much appreciated.
