Congratulations Simon!!!
Not only did Simon win Employee of the Month Award for September and October, he was also the worthy winner for November and December.
If that wasn't enough, Simon was also awarded Employee of the Year, which he was voted for by his peers. The hard work Simon and his team put in is truly commendable, so it wasn't any surprise for us to hear Simon will be splitting his well deserved winnings with the rest of his team.

After over 25 years of being part of the Nat Flex family, Simon is a truly well deserved winner of our most recent Employee Award.
Simon joined us on 10th April 1996 and has been a valued member of the team since. Always prepared to go that extra mile and throw himself into any task, Simon's commitment to the business, our customers, and his team has been outstanding, helping to create the business we have all enjoyed in recent years.
Well done for your all your hard work and continued commitment Simon, we appreciate everything you do and have done for us all, thank you!

Congratulations Josh!!!
Even though Josh is one of the newest members of the Nat Flex family, he has quickly become part of the furniture.
Receiving FOUR separate nominations by his peers goes to show just how much of a great impact Josh has had on the rest of the team.
When he's not working hard on a large amount of high profile and urgent jobs, Josh is an avid supporter of Aston Villa and in his spare time, he loves to play poker and enjoys a pint.
His other favourite thing to do in his spare time is to have a lie-in, thankfully not on a work day! : )

Congratulations Sophie!!!
After just over a year at National Flexible, Sophie has quickly become an integral part of the team and her 'get stuff done' attitude is a welcome addiition.
Receiving three separate nominations from her peers speaks volumes about Sophie's impact on the team. Sophie was nominated for her efforts at our recent exhibition, for actively encouraging visitors to get involved with the racetrack and for taking all new opportunities in her stride whilst spending the time to understand and generate reports to help the Customer Champion team.
Outside of the office, Sophie is a quiz master at her local club quiz, loves watching movies and enjoys listening to music. She is also known to like the odd tipple, or two : )

March & April
Congratulations Jo!!!
Since joining the team over 3 years ago as PA to the Directors, Jo has recently taken on a lead role in Marketing and is quickly becoming a ‘Super Woman’ within the team. Always available to help and willing to get involved in any project that comes her way, Jo has already shown she is an invaluable team player and the backbone of the marketing team.
When Jo is not supporting the team or organising exhibitions, she can be found hiking through the Yorkshire dales with her 2 trusty companions, (French Bull Dogs Walter and Archie), or relaxing with a glass of vino (or two!).
Jo’s impact is felt across the business and is truly an integral part of Nat Flex as a whole.

Congratulations Martin Astley!!!
Joining the business in February 2006 as an Assistant Accountant, Martin is now our Company Accountant, and a dab hand when it comes to all things I.T.
A keen Leeds Rhinos supporter, Martin is also a bit of a fitness fanatic and based on feedback from numerous colleagues throughout the business, Martin is an all-around good egg!
Following a recent office refurb, Martin put in a lot of extra work to make sure the network access and phones were all in place, whilst overseeing and providing support to ensure we all had the accessibility needed to get on with our work.
