As ever at this time of the year we all have our hands full preparing for 2020 budgets and organising for Christmas. But could you please take 2-3 minutes to complete the attached customer survey. This is the 18^th year of these surveys and you are assured your views are as important to us as they were in 2001 and we still use the results each year to determine if we are meeting your expectation.

As far as we are aware this survey is unique in our market. It is made more unique by the fact that all the results are independently audited as part of our ISO 9001-2015 QA System but they are supplied unadulterated to all our customers to enable you to evaluate your companies experience against the survey results.
